Northgate Gonzalez Market La Puente Stopped by this location and was impressed. The self‑serve beans and rice station is a standout — the refried beans were especially delicious and very flavorful. I also picked up queso fresco, which was fresh and perfect with everything. Highlights - Refried beans: rich, mouthwatering, highly recommended - Self‑serve beans & rice: great variety and portion control - Ready‑made food center: excellent selection of Latin dishes, convenient for takeout Friendly staff and a well stocked deli make this a great spot for authentic Latin foods. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

My go to Latin grocery store has to be Northgate Market. I’ve been shopping here for over a decade. You can find great prices, quality produce and meats. They have aguas frescas, a guacamole station, bakery and more. They go all out for the holidays and offer specialty meats, dried fruits, tamale husks, etc! Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful.
